Day 1:
Arrival in Baku; met and assisted at the airport.

Day 2:
Baku sightseeing tour; explore Isheri Shakhar - old city or inner city (UNESCO site), the historical core of Baku. Walk in narrow streets and market squares once crossed by numerous caravans venturing along the Great Silk Road. Visit Maiden tower (UNESCO site; 12th c); Shirvanshah’s palace and Carpet Museum. Azerbaijani carpets are included in the list of Immaterial Cultural Heritage of the UNESCO.

Day 3:
Baku – Absheron – Gobustan – Baku; venture to the oldest oil producing fields of the Absheron Peninsula. Visit Ateshgyakh - fire worshippers’ temple and Burning Mountain - Yanar Dagh. Proceed to Gobustan Rock Art Cultural Landscape (UNESCO site) and explore ancient petroglyphs.

Day 4:
Leisure day in Baku; explore outdoor markets, carpet and souvenir shops; Taste local dishes and traditional tea at numerous restaurants and caffes. Take a boat tour on Caspian Sea or walk in sea-side boulevard.

Day 5:
Departure; transfer to the airport.
